I got them from z06mustang. He was doing a 4.6 swap before some stuff happened and he could no longer complete the swap. If there's any 4.6 or 5.4 swap guys left on these forums or others, I suggest you start writing some PMs :D

I have no idea, I'd imagine they'd charge you quite a bit for labor. I once heard a rough estimate of $2,000 including parts, but I have not heard of one dealer willing to do the swap.

really only 2k? haha i asked at my dealership and they told me the transmission alone is like 1.6k and they said it would cheaper to buy a new mustang with a manual transmission but idk.

Maybe the $2k quote was for labor only. Either way, it's a better choice to do it yourself!

yeah that sounds more reasonable. i would like to do it myself but i cant trust myself into doing this properly and considering it takes a week or 2 to do yourself, this is the only car i have so i cant go without a car that long

the only difference is that in production date june of 07, they started using a different flywheel.
