The Driveshaft Shop Carbon Fiber One Piece Driveshaft - 12-14-2014

BIGPHIL has had a driveshaft vibration ever since installing the TR-6060 6-Speed in his 2007 GT. It was pretty bad at higher speeds. We tried everything too get it out including having the driveshaft balanced, adjusting the pinion angle and so on. All to no avail.

Yesterday we installed a Driveshaft Shop Carbon Fiber One Piece Driveshaft. This thing runs smooth as glass at any speed and is also much quieter over all.

He found one on sale for a GT500 and got a pretty good price on it. Still a bit spendy but well worth the upgrade.

I have an aluminum Driveshaft Shop shaft........Quality!!!! Huge difference.......probably not as pricey as a carbon fiber, but Driveshaft Shop.....is really great!

OP,

I'm glad you got the vibration thing under control.

I also run the CF driveshaft with the latest up-dates on my 2008 Bullitt Mustang.
