I think you under estimate the number of passes you made that day! And you started the day saying, "I'm just going to watch"!

I think many feel the same way, but the decision is understandable. It's hard to believe it's been 12 years. The "GT vs 4.0L" ruckus at MF set the stage for the creation of this site. It also coincided with me being named a Moderator over there, which really created some tensions here at times when folks did not know how to take me. I thoroughly enjoyed the first Brawl, but I kept me head down somewhat in order to avoid the ire of some members who had no love for anyone from MF. It all got resolved and I have enjoyed the friendships forged with some of the members/staff at this site. I look forward to seeing y'all on FB and at a future event. Stay thirsty, my friends!

The responses here are exactly the reason why we will survive the closing of the website to continue doing what we do. Too may good friends and experiences to let it go.

And just for Bob, I'll try and list the cars -

1. 2005 4.0 - Mineral Gray
2. 2003 GT - Sonic Blue
3. 2005 4.0 - Legend Lime
4. 2003 GT - White
5. 2005 GT - Black
6. 1985 Mercury Capri RS - Mostly Gray and Black 2 tone
7. 1989 4 cyl ragtop - Red (never ran)
8. 2012 5.0 - Kona Blue
9. 1978 King Cobra - Red
10. 1987 SSP Coupe - Dark Shadow Gray
11. 2005 GT - Black (w/ Red interior)
12. 1982 Mercury Capri RS - Silver
13. 1972 Plymoth Scamp - Sassy Frass Green
14. 1971 Dodge Challenger - Plum Crazy Purple
15. 2007 Shelby GT500 - White
16. 1985 LTD SSP - White
17. 2005 4.0 - Legend Lime

It has now been a little over a year since I've owned a Stang, and the withdrawals are getting quite bad. I had a chance to buy 05Mach1's (y'all remember Robert, right?) Legend GT for a damn good price. Perfectly modded too. Bad timing though. Still getting the new place the way I want it and a car toy just wasn't in the cards.

The current stable looks radically different than in the past - my work car is an '06 HHR Sunset Orange Metallic and 30 mpg (no mads at all), and my daily is a 2010 1500 quad cab Dodge with a Hemi. Only mods are a set of Flowmasters.

There will be a Mustang coming before too much longer, perhaps another New Edge? Maybe another 4.0, just because.

I'm going to print this one out too, before we turn off the lights for good. Be a nice ending place to see the responses and look back on.

Three day weekend, already bored, here's the results. Had to dig for a few of these, and could not find a pic of that ratty ragtop I had. Oh well, LOL! This one's for Bob!

In our time on the Collective I wonder who has had more cars. Bryan or John (Scrmng)?

A very proud and distinguished collection of cars.
I think you were the most active car exchange on the web😎

Remember when we changed tires and rims at MIR.
17 to 15 was your call and the rest is history.
