Mine is also kicking in about 5-6 PSI. I have 2 small injectors for better atomization and disbursement. I'm still running conservative timing. 12* at peak torque and 15* total at 6200. Car pulls down the back half of the track like never before. Even with the timing still on the conservative side and .5 PSI less boost I picked up 30 HP and 10-15 TQ and my AF is still in the 11.2-11.6 range. You may want to bump timing to get a bit more power but keep the AF where it is or max it at 11.5-11.6. Better to err on the side of caution.

This is a dumb question, but what are using for the power source? I am setting mine up now and am putting in a switch to be able to arm and disarm but am not sure where to tap for juice. Thanks in advance.

#13 spot in the fuse box in the kick panel on the passenger side footwell.remember it has to go through a pressure switch or it will run all the time.

Anyone doing anything for fluid level monitoring?

From the electronics side of things, I'm planning on having a master on/off switch (so I can keep the system off until I want to use it), having a LED that tells me when it's injecting or pumping, and a LED for low fluid level. And tuning to make use of it when it's present and pumping (I need to talk to my tuner about this to make sure I can use the same tune, which I think we can).

I'm looking at getting a AIS system and control injection based on maf voltage, and injecting under the blower after boost (BBR makes an adapter plate for such a setup).

(Formerly a V6 Automatic with Vortech SQ supercharger & custom a/a intercooler -- 310 RWHP, w/best 1/4: 12.79 @ 107)

Note to be provocative but couldn’t you just look?

With our three gallon tank, more runs (1320’) than any day at the track.

Yeah I intend to look. But I dont intend to be running that big of a tank. Once I get it set up and know how much I use, checking the level may be quite adequate.

If you go with a clear tank you could also dye it. I opted to go without a level sensor as all it does is add another potential leak point. Unless you can find something that works like a fuel level sensor (float) I'd just do the look-see. You'd be surprised at how long this stuff lasts... Mine is still more or less full after 2 track trips (9 passes) and some DD that put me past the activation boost level. With racing frequency, your mileage will obviously vary, but I could see a 1 gallon tank lasting 3-4 track outings (6-8 runs each) and then some. At this point with my 3 gallon, I figure I'll run out some time in 2015. lol
